How might we create a modern platform for facilitating the resolution of legal disputes through online mediation?

BACKGROUND

Working in close collaboration with our client and the PM, I led the UX and creative directions, built the design system, and developed the UI of our new platform.

OBJECTIVES

To document with a system map the experiences of clients, lawyers, and mediators in the legal dispute resolution process, as well as represent key interactions between those three parties.
To create a design prototype of the core product, and gather feedback from lawyers and mediators on a weekly basis to ensure the design meets their needs.
To make a lightweight design system to facilitate quick technical implementation.
To build a first marketing site to help validate a market for the product proposition.
